Low-slope systems
Flat roofing detailed to move and manage water
Low-slope roofs depend on seams, transitions and drainage. We evaluate the entire water path and specify a membrane system that fits the structure and use of the building.

Frequently asked questions
Straight answers
What is TPO roofing?
TPO is a single-ply thermoplastic membrane commonly used on low-slope roofs. Seams are heat-welded to create a continuous water-resistant surface.
Why does water pond on a flat roof?
Low spots, blocked drainage, compressed insulation or structural deflection can hold water. The cause should be identified before selecting a repair.
Can a flat roof be repaired?
Many seam, flashing and penetration problems are repairable. Widespread saturation, aging or movement may call for a larger restoration or replacement scope.
